As my morning meeting went pretty well. I glanced at my Rolex watch ⌚, which is showing 9:30 AM, I marched outside the restaurant, where Ronny, my bodyguard aka driver waiting for me, he quickly opened the backseat for me, i settled comfortably inside the car, he closed the door and went to the driver seat, and asked

"Where to sir", "to the office" i replied in a monotone and grabbed my iPad to check some mails, that viraj sent me.

After 30 minutes, Ronny's voice reached my ears saying

"We are reached sir", i nodded my head and get down as the security opened the car door, I gave curt nod to him, make my way towards my office.

As soon as the employees saw me, they became quite and wishes me ' good morning sir ' , nodding my head I went towards my personal elevator, specially for me, my family and friends.

After entering my cabin, i pressed the intercom and called for viraj, within a minute viraj came with his iPad and started stating my schedule today.

After today's breakfast meeting, there was no meeting for me. So, I just checked some documents which are urgently needed to be verified.

As I was engrossed in my work, my cabin doors burst open, and entered my bestfriend, Reyansh Singhania, and sighed in frustration as he again started his drama.

Ohh godd!! Where am stuck?🤯

Adheer: no, you may go now, I don't have time for your bullshit.

I groaned in frustration, as I saw what he has done afterwards

I asked, as my anger is piling up.

Reyansh: nothing, I was just missing you so much.

Saying he settled on the couch opposite my table.

Adheer: don't you have an office to run mr. Singhania

Reyansh: I'm not like you, who don't know how to enjoy his life and also I've my excellent staff. So nothing to worry

Saying he shrugged his shoulders, he is the CEO of their family business, i highly doubt how can run their company, when half of the time he is around my office.

As I don't want to start my fight with him, so I just shifted my focus on the work on my desk.

Time skip to 6: 00pm

As there is no meeting, i wind up my work and exit my cabin, where Reyansh also stands up from couch and started tailing me behind.

Now, he will start his drama in the house also, urghhhhhh

We both exited our office and ronny was already here, opening the backseat for me. Before I entered the car, reyansh rush forward and hopped into my car. Shaking my head at his childish behaviour, I seat beside him in the car.

And the half an hour, I have to tolerate his useless bickering

IN THE RATHORE'S HOME:

As soon as we entered inside the living room, I spotted mom, dad, dadu, and dadi. It seemed like they are in a serious conversation.

What might they discussing.....?

As I was wondering what they are doing, reyansh sprinted towards them. And started his filtering.

"Ahhh there will be a great show now" I laughed internally

Saying he kissed mom knuckles, and pecked granny's cheek.

Reyansh: I've missed you so much. Only I know how I've been living without seeing you both.

He said with a pout, and i cringed at his expressions, mom and dadi both are laughing and blushing by his words. My eyes now lingered btw dad, and dadu as they are ready to murder Reyansh with their eyes as he is busy in his filtering. And settled in the single opposite to them.

Saying mom is about to kiss his forehead, but dad put his both hands on mom cheeks and turned her face towards him, saying

Dad said the first part looking at mom and the latter to Reyansh. As soon as he completed it, dadu begun

I sighed as it is not going to end, in the mean time I went towards my room to fresh up.

When the hot water from the shower hit my muscles, a sigh escaped from my mouth.

After spending a lot of time in the shower, I went towards my closet and picked a black t-shirt and grey trackpants for myself.

After wearing my clothes, i dashed out of my room towards living room, where I found both my dad and dadu apologising to their respective wives by keeping hands on their ears and reyansh which has evil smile on his lips.

Now, I can imagine what would have happened.🙄

As soon as mom saw me, she gestured me to sit beside her and i obgiled as I don't want the wrath of my mom.

She can be scary sometimes 😔

Avantika:you and you, we have a guest today so behave. I don't want any drama

She pointed towards me and reyansh. I rolled my eyes but atlast nodded my head.

Avantika: I'll go call both the girls

Saying she went upstairs.

Girls...🤔 Who are the girls mom is talking about...?

I was about to went to the dining room, followed by everyone. Some footsteps distracted me. When I saw in the direction to find out whom it was.....?

There she was, MY JAAN standing behind avni looking downwards.

Is it my imagination or is she really here...?

I blinked twice, to confirm whether it is my imagination or reality.

She tightly closed her eyes due to the falling, I leaned forward to her ears and said

As soon as she heard my voice, she opened her doe eyes and stared at me.

Our staring session got interrupted hy none other than my bestfriend, fucker, I so much wanted to punch his face.

I quickly put her on her feet and passed a hard glared to Reyansh, who has a smirk playing on his lips.

Manasvi: thank you

Saying she grabbed avni's hand and dragged her towards dining area. I too followed her along with reyansh who has an evil smrik on his face.

Now, he will bug me until I tell him.

Ignoring him, I made my way to dinning table. Where everyone is settled in their in positions, I also settled in my place.

My jaan is sitting beside avni, as soon as she hears my footsteps steps, she glances at my eyes and quickly tears it off with a light pink blush coated on her cheeks.

So my jaan is shy naa. A smirk formed on my lips as I have some effect on her.

The dinner is very joyful with continuous talking of Reyansh and avni, some heartful chats with the family. From Time to time I saw my jaan through the corner of my eyes. She doesn't even lift her head as soon as I enter in the area.

After dinner, dadu and dadi went towards their room for rest, along with them mom and dad also. And we, means me, Reyansh, avni and my jaan settled in the living room.

Reyansh: Avni, my little sis! Who is this beautiful..?

He said while eyeing me with his stupid smrik, I so wanted punch him left and right.
